Place and manage orders by Voice or Chat. Choose what suits you.
Quick Actions
- Start Voice Order → “Tap the mic and speak.”
Open Chat Order → “Type your request.”
What you can do
- Create a new order
- Check order status
- Replace items in an existing order

How it works
Voice Order
1. Tap Start Voice Order.
2. You’ll be asked for one identifier: order number, contact number, or email.
3. You’ll hear: “Hold on while I pull the details.” before each lookup.
4. After verification, you’ll hear a short confirmation and be asked what you’d like to do next.
5. Say exactly what you need: “Replace 10 bags of OPC with Rapid Set,” “Spell my contact name,” etc.
6. Changes are read back for confirmation.
Tips
- Speak clearly. One request at a time.
- If you only want items, say: “Read my items only.”
- To end: “That’s all.”
Auto-end
- If verification isn’t completed in a few prompts or the line is idle, the call may end.
How it works
Chat Order
1. Open chat.
2. Type one identifier: order number / contact number / email.
3. Ask for what you need:
- Show items
- Change supplier to ABC Cement
- Update contact name to ABC James
4. You’ll receive a confirmation before anything is updated.
Example prompts
- Order ORD-2025xxxx. Replace 5× 20mm rebar with 6×.
- Spell the current contact name.
- Change delivery address to Road 14, Sector X.
Auto-end
- If verification isn’t completed within 3 prompts, or the call is idle/inappropriate, the call ends automatically.
What you need ready
- Any one: order number, contact number, or email.
- For edits: exact item names and quantities.
Privacy & verification
- After verification the service may share: order number, customer/contact name, items, supplier, delivery date/time, and masked phone plus your email.
- Only requested details are shared. No guessing.
Troubleshooting
Not found → Provide a different identifier or check spelling.
Wrong items → Ask: “List items only,” then specify replacements.
Audio issue → Check microphone permission and retry.
Call ended → Likely inactivity or incomplete verification. Start again.

2. The bot will greet you and ask for order number, contact number, or email.
3. It will say “Hold on while I pull the details.” before each lookup.
4. After verification it will confirm masked phone and your email, then ask what you need next.
5. Say exactly what you want: “Replace 10 bags of OPC with Rapid Set,” “Spell my contact name,” etc.
6. Bot reads back changes. You confirm. Done.
